DREADFUL SUICIDE OF A GRAMMAR-SCHOOL MASTER – Committed at Newark, Notts, on Wednesday night, by the Rev Herbert R. HAND, 25 years of age, his home at Exeter; he only entered his duties on Saturday week. The body was found on the rails near Newark Station, completely cut in two. Verdict: “Temporary insanity”.
